In the 5-2-43 episode with Eddie Cantor, in the end it almost sounds like Jack tries to insert a double entendre when he is telling the gang that'd have to chip in money to pay for the rental of Candor's house. He told Mary that she could have Ida's room and that she should put out a sign that says "tourists accomodated." Whatddyamean "accomodated"?! Did the writer's of the show try to slip in a double meaning into that phrase and it simply didn't register on the audience? Or was this simply innocent phrasing that just happens to have a double meaing in our time?
