Babe Marks was acknowledged as playing herself in the first show on which she appeared, and Jack even made jokes about it.

Betty Garde (the original Aunt Eller in "Oklahoma!") had done starring roles in radio ("Mrs. Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch," "Lorenzo Jones') by the time "Babe" appeared on the Benny program in the late 1940s. Her Los Angeles Times obit says she appeared on three dozen radio shows, most of them in dramatic parts, but it doesn't list most of the programs.

So yes, it could have been her in the Babe Marks role, although Joan Benny said in her book that Babe played the role herself.
