Mae West was ignored/shunned by radio programs after her "Adam and Eve" sketch with Edgar Bergen/Charlie McCarthy in 1937 so i couldn't imagine Mae West being on Jack's show either...even though Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield appeared on his TV shows.
