I also remember how the special opened...with Jack talking on the phone to Eddie "Rochester" Anderson (who was in the middle of a poker game with some friends)....
After the phone call ended, we see Rochester playing poker....and two of his "friends" happen to be Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau (as Felix and Oscar)! GREAT GAG!
