I don't know the name of the winner..apparently there were 277,000 submissions, which was why it took so long to find a winner.
The winning entry, which was read by Ronald Coman, was:
He fills the air with boasts and brags,
And obsolete obnoxious gags.

His cowardice alone, indeed,
