On some of Jack's 40's broadcasts he,on a rare occasion, says "Goodnight Joannie" to his daughter at the end of his broadcast.Was this prearranged with Joan Benny and did she wait up to hear this closing message from her Dad? Perhaps she could explain.Thanks.
