There's a direct relationship. Mark Goodson (or someone working for him) took the fact Richard Dawson was constantly called upon for the Super Match, spun a whole new game show around it and sold it to ABC.

My fuzzy memory recalls the Match Game having a question that went Jack ________. One of the answers was "Jack Be Nimble" but I can't remember if Benny was among them.

Amazing the stuff that pops out of your memory after more than 30 years.
