CBS dvd collection?

What's this I'm hearing about a new CBS dvd collection in the works? Fact?, or Fantasy? Mike in L.A.

Don't know if it will include Jack, as the shows under copyright are now owned by NBC Universal (the result of the merger of NBC - Vivendi - MCA Universal).
