Songs of Dennis Day, Gisele MacKenzie and Bob Crosby

Postby Mike » Sun Apr 24, 2005 4:58 am

I just found an online company that says it can make a customized tape or CD of songs from its catalog. They list about a dozen songs for Dennis Day, about 3 dozen for Gisele MacKenzie, and too many to count for Bob Crosby. Go to www.americanmusicclassics.com
then to the Artist "C" "D" or "M" page to see the lists of songs.
A few of the songs listed for Gisele I don't have, and didn't know she had recorded. I will call this company Monday and place an order and after receiving it will report back. Mike in L.A.

Thank you for posting that info! There are about 36 Phil Harris songs in the H section as well! Not that Philsy needs any support from me. Let me tell you a few things about that band of his...

Be careful with the Bob Crosby stuff if you're looking for vocals by him. If the stuff is by the Bob Crosby band, it could be instrumentals or it could contain vocals by others...and from perusal of the titles I'm familiar with, there are a lot of instrumentals.
