Jack and Bob are best remembered by stars!

Google has just started sharing a wonderful collection of interviews of the stars of movies and television that are still around. Who'e name gets mentioned the most...Bob Hope. Well... but Jack Benny's gets metioned the second most even more then Johnny Carson's name.

I've just read Alan Alda's autobiography, and in it he reminisces about listening to Jack Benny and Fred Allen when he was a kid--remarkably similar to Johnny Carson's experience. Both say they lay on their stomachs listening to the radio, and both remember that the experience contributed to their desire to perform.
