More Phil Harris-Alice Faye Show programs

Not Benny, but a damned fine show starring perhaps the funniest Benny co-star (after Eddie Anderson).

Here's the deal: PHAF shows are easy to find in circulation, but there are only about 100 or so commonly available. There were many more shows, for example very little from 1952 seem to be out there.

Do they exist, or are the missing shows "lost"? Who might know? Does anyone have these in their attic?

I'd not only be happy to trade something quite valuable, but I'd even wash your car. :-)

based on data last updated 9/22/2005 at "the otter project" http://www.otterprojectonline.info/ there were 296 shows and 117 of those are though to be available. You're right only one show in '52; in fact it's pretty spotty from 50/05/28 to 53/09/25. http://otterprojectonline.info/~otterpr ... 20Show.txt

an asterisk in the first column are shows thought to exist. There are programs and/or tools available to analyize the data.

Less than 1/2 of the shows survive. What a tragedy.

Has anyone ever checked out the collection in Linton, Indiana? I know Phil donated a lot of stuff there. Perhaps they might have some shows not currently in circulation.
