Billy Anderson

Playing around on proquest, I have found many references in various newspapers in the 1950s and 1960s to Eddie "Rochester" Anderson's "adopted son" Billy Anderson.

I assume that Billy Anderson was actually the son of Eddie's first wife and that Eddie must have adopted him some time after their marriage.

Billy played football for the Chicago Bears in the 1953-1954 period but got into lots of trouble with the law--including arrests for selling marijuana, burglary and assault.

Does anybody know if this Billy Anderson is still living?

I don't think Eddie Anderson's 1977 obits list him as a survivor.
