Babe

I've been inspired to listen to some Christmas shows I've never heard before, and have tuned into the Dec. 15, 1946 programme. This is the first one I've heard with Babe filling in for Mary.

Anyone have any opinions about how they think Babe did on the Benny Show?

P.S.. this is a fun show, too. It has Peter Leeds doing that bizarre falsetto character he later used on the Stan Freberg show, as well as Sara Berner's annoying singer and Elvia Allman breaking down as the notion counter clerk's wife. And I love the running mousetrap joke.
