I read somewhere that Jack Benny went to Australia and made a television special. I am interested in this, since it also starred Australian actress Lorrae Desmond (who I run a page on at TV Tome). She was also in his Australian stage shows and she appeared on his US Program. However, I cannot find any further information. Do you know the name of the special, or any info. on Lorrae's US appearances.

I've got a copy of "Jack Benny in Australia", and should have the means to convert it to NTSC (it's in PAL right now). Just had some other technical issues get in the way, but you'll see it in the video library eventually.
I also had a wonderful interview with Lorrae Desmond, which is in queue to be in the Jack Benny Times.
