Also folks, I would highly recommend that people who are regular (or even occasional) posters to this Forum use the link at the top of the page to register your account. I would like to keep these Forums open to the public, but if we have another attack, I will immediately lock them down to only registered users. If you've already registered, then this will be transparent to you.

on the other message board i'm jerry4opry but i decided NOT to use that name because i got tired of it being on here and it had no association with Jack Benny at all {i still use that opry name on country music message boards}. anyway, hopefully this new message board will be too complicated for the wacky people who posted the crap that was going on earlier.

My thanks to folks for signing up for their Forum account. I find that I really enjoy the features when logging in, like being able to see any new posts since my last login, storing a signature, etc. So if you haven't already used the link at the top of the page to Register, please do so. Your information is only visible to me (unless you chose to make it public), and I probably know it already if you're a member of the IJBFC.

I also encourage you to take full advantage of the features like putting up your own polls, etc. Since we now have that functionality in our own site, I'll eventually store the polls that were under Featured Items (probably under Biography - Other Stuff) and let the Forum polls take their place.

Thanks again for making this transition a smooth and relatively painless one.
