I guess Jack's theme falls under the "associates" category.

As soon as I heard the vocalist, I knew I had to do some research on this record. I immediately recognized him as Jack Fulton who sang falsetto vocals when he wasn't playing trombone in the Whiteman Orchestra. For the record the song was recorded in New York for Victor on June 29, 1934. I'm not sure if it was Fulton playing the solo trombone part, though.
