I was searching the net and a collection of 22 episodes called Jack Benny: laughing out loud" was said was going to be released on Jully 22. Does anyone know what's going to be on it?

I think it's being put out by Television Classics. The title is Laugh Out Loud not Laughing Out Loud. Here's the link:

I wish there was an inclusion of the episodes. There has been a lot of duplication on the episodes I've seen.

The Television Classics advertisement "...Jack Benny and his gang entertained one and all" is lifted word for word from the 2007 Mill Creek DVD advertisement. Just FYI.

Well, no wonder...

Mill Creek produces "Television Classics": these are only the first two DVD discs, out of their four disc "Best Of Jack Benny" set from last year.

Yeah, the graphics look like they're a rehash of other bootleg/public domain sets I've seen in the past. Ah well.
