Phil Harris and Alice Faye are back in 20 new digitally remastered episodes - including 18 episodes available for the first time anywhere.

As we join Curly and the Mrs., spring is in the air, but the show is on thin ice with its sponsor RCA Victor and its president Clyde Scott (Gale Gordon). Amid contract worries, battles with writers, family outings, sorority girls, and selling television sets, the show takes a dramatic turn - and chaos and hilarity follow! We also hear "The Life Story of Phil Harris and Alice Faye"!

Special guests in this collection include Norris Goff (reprising his Abner Peabody character from Lum 'n' Abner), and Rose Marie who makes an appearance as Julius' mother! Great! For the past three years Radio Spirits has put out a new set of Phil Harris and Alice Faye episodes every Spring. I am starting to lobby Radio Spirits into putting out two sets a year one in the spring as usual, but also adding a new set every Fall. Please help me with this by going to the below link, clicking on the pull-down menu to "Suggestions", and talking up the current Chronological sets as well as asking for a fall release of a new set of the Phil Harris and Alice Faye Show.

This is the response that Radio Spirits gave to a question on Facebook about a new set:

Radio Spirits: Yes, we have a 10 CD set planned for the first quarter of next year, but do not have a firm release date yet.

Is there anyway to just purchase the new episodes (the ones that were previous uncirculated)? I have the most of the other episodes already and don't want to repurchase them. Is this possible?

The first set had 6 uncirculated episodes out of 20

The second had 19 uncirculated episodes out of 20

The Third has 18 uncirculated episodes out of 20

I would suggest buying at least the last two since the vast majority of those sets are uncirculated. The first set may not have to many uncirculated sets, but in my opinion it's worth the price just for the great sound upgrades to the episodes! All three of these sets sound amazing! Can't wait for the fourth one!

Great news! If they continue the chronological releases, that new set should finish up the vast majority of the uncirculated episodes from the 1950s, now if they will just go back and fill in the early shows from the mid '40s.
