Fred Allen cameo on "30 Rock"

I had mentioned in the last IJBFC chat about the character Kenneth from 30 Rock dropping the line "And this is the spot where Gracie Allen took Jack Paar's virginity". No clue still as to why Gracie Allen of all people, but one of the writers on 30 Rock is a fan of the classics... Tonight's episode of the show sported Kenneth packing away a "signed" picture of Fred Allen addressed to him.





I suppose it didn't matter which person they used, since the joke is that a young looking man like Kenneth is secretly older than he seems, but I sure was happy to see Fred Allen's bags grace my television screen for just a second.
